A mum of seven has invented a screen protector for LCD TV’s, following a collission between a Nintendo Wii remote and a 42 inch LCD TV.
“I decided to design a screen protector to protect everyone’s LCD or Plasma Screen from the ravages of young children and flying Nintendo Wii remotes.”
The Screen Protector is designed specifically for wide-screen LCD and Plasma TV screens from 30 to 55 inches, this lightweight, durable protector rests on the top surface of your TV and is securely held in place by adjustable Velcro straps.

What a good idea. Had to be designed by a mum didn’t it! Has anyone got one of these? Does it really stop children from touching the surface of a plasma screen. I am forever having to clean, or try and keep my two year old away from my TV.
Yes – we’ve got one and it works really well. We put it on during the day to keep the children off our LCD and they also have it on when they’re playing on the Wii incase one of them lets go of the Wiimote. Excellent – would really recommend it.

I think the best option is a place called TV Armor. The sell a product thicker then this one and I think it is cheaper to boot:) I picked one up and I am really happy with it.
