Control You iPod With The Ironman iControl Watch

Check out this new Ironman watch from Timex.

You can control all the basic functions or your iPod, via this sports watch which uses an RF transmitter.

It will come in a variety of colours including gray, black, pink, blue, orange or green and will retail for $125 (about £65)
