Packard Bell launches The EasyNote XS 7-inch UMPC
Packard Bell has announced its new EasyNote XS, a 7-inch ultra portable laptop that runs a full version of Windows XP Home edition.

It weighs just 950 grams and is pretty thin at just 30mm, has a full size keyboard and runs on the VIA C7-M Ultra Mobile Platform.

The EasyNote XS has built in Wi-Fi, a webcam, a 4 in 1 memory card reader, stereo speakers and two USB ports.

It comes with a 30GB HDD and up to 1024MB of RAM.
No pricing or release details are available yet, and with those specs, if Packard Bell price it right, it may be competition for the much anticipated Asus Eee PC701.Via Pocket-Lint
