According to T3, Apple will be announcing the launch of a second generation iPhone today, which will be a 3G version for Europe.

T3 are reporting that a source at the BBC have confirmed that the iPhone UK will be announced today and that it will be 3G.

This would be ideal as a non 3G version for the UK really wouldn’t make sense for Apple.

I guess we will have to wait till later to see if this rumor pans out.
