Apple To Announce iPhone UK Launch Tuesday 18th September
Apple are holding a special press event in London on Tuesday the 18th of September at its flagship store in Regent Street at 10 AM GMT (5AM EST).

At the special event called ‘Mum is no longer the word’, Apple are expected to announce the iPhone UK launch date, and probably dates for the rest of Europe as well.
Now whether they will be announcing a new 16GB 3G iPhone to be added to the iPhone line up or the current iPhone for the UK and Europe remains to be seen.
This is a tough one to predict, as we have recently seen leaked T-Mobile adverts showing a 16GB iPhone, and also O2 (who are tipped to be the UK carrier) have just updated their network to EDGE.

To be honest, I am not particularly bothered which way it goes, as long as Apple give us a launch date for the iPhone UK, I will be happy.
