Samsung’s new LCD Monitor features split video - the SyncMaster 245T

Samsung has released a new monitor, the SyncMaster 245T.

This new 24 inch monitor features a contrast ratio of 1,500:1, 16.7 million colours and a 6ms pixel response time.

It also features a picture by picture mode which splits the screen into too, so you could watch a movie in one half, whilst browsing the web in the other, it also has a picture in picture function.

It comes with HDMI and S-video connections and also supports HDCP.

I have to admit, this looks like a serious monitor, I may have to upgrade to one of these when they come out over here, depending on price, which hasn’t been confirmed yet.
