Alienware’s ALX Desktops get 64GB SSD drives
October 10, 2007
Alienware has now added the option to have a 64GB SSD drive to its ALX Desktops.

It is available in both the AMD-based Aurora ALX and Intel-based Area-51 ALX, and they are offered in a dual RAID 0 configuration, its not cheap though adding this option will increase the price by a massive $1,700 (about £850)

Ouch on the extra price!!! They nice pc’s but damn they are expensive. Got 28 old Aurora’s here and would love throw them out the window and get some nice new ones. http://www.area51.ie a gaming café in Cork Ireland.
