Hitachi’s New Green Hard Drives - The Hitachi Deskstar P7K500

Hitachi has released details of a new hard drive the P7K500.

It comes in a choice of either 250GB and 500GB.

Thats nothing new, but the main feature of this new SATA HDD is that is uses up to 40% less power than previous versions.
