Asus Eee PC701 - US pricing details and launch date revealed

ASUS has released the prices for the Eee PC in the US as well as its launch date.

There will be three models available, the top of the range will be called the 4G, and will come with 512MB of RAM and a 4GB hard drive.
The 4G model is expected to retail for $400 (about £200), and should go on sale on the November 1st.

This is a great concept, an affordable laptop.
Recently found your site, not sure where to put this, you guys seem up on your web apps: Radical Spark (www.radicalspark.com) says they have this very cool web app, I hear people talking about it at conferences, speculating. I talked with a developer at the Ruby East conference in PA who said he was working on something *really* cool and I’m very curious as to what this is… Any idea what these folks are up to? Thanks.
