Apple sells 2 million copies of Leopard in the first weekend
Apple has sold over 2 million copies of its new Mac OS X Leopard in First Weekend.

This beats previous first weekend sales of Mac OS X Tiger, which was previously the most successful OS release in Apple’s history.
The sales included copies sold at Apple’s retail stores, Apple Authorized Resellers, the online Apple Store, under maintenance agreements and bundled with new Mac’s.
Leopard is the sixth major release of Mac OS X and is packed with more than 300 new features.
“Early indications are that Leopard will be a huge hit with customers,” said Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO. “Leopard’s innovative features are getting great reviews and making more people than ever think about switching to the Mac.”
Looks like Apple have another hit on their hands, they just seem to go from strength to strength, and there is one reason why, they keep innovating and improving their product line, be it the iPod, the iPhone, their MAc computer range, and they manage to create a massive buzz around any new product they launch.

For me, Mac OS X Leopard is way better than Windows Vista in terms of features. The innovation of Steve Jobs and Co wins again.
Too bad I don’t have a Mac but it is always my dream to own one.
You could get it running on your PC as its has been hacked to run on a PC.
