Saitek has launched a new gaming mouse, the Saitek Cyborg Gaming mouse and I have to say it looks amazing.

It features 3200dpi, and an adjutable design which means the mouse size extends to contracts to suit any size of hand.

It also has a programmable 4-way, low profile hat switch, 2 additional programmable buttons, and weight cartridge with removable weights.

It will go on sale for $60 (about £30)

Looks like the Microsoft Sidewinder Gaming Mouse may have some competition.

    oh man this actually makes me want to buy a new mouse. it looks like it might be really comfortable.

  • That thing doesn’t look safe to use! Looks like you could cut your hand on it.

    But seriously, it looks quite fiddly, the kind of thing that breaks easily.

    I suppose I’d know for sure once I have one in hand…

    Being able to adjust the weight of the mouse with the removable cartridge sounds fantastic.. I’ve not seen that on any mice before ..

    Know what you mean Wayne and for £30 I don’t think you’ll get a rock-robust mouse.
    It’s not even wireless, but sure looks good even though the picture’s always better than reality.
    The best thing about it ought to be the unbelievable comfort.

    Looks good, but no good for those who use their left hand

    @C – Gaming mice are traditionally wired as it’s apparently more reliable

    @budvar:

    Adjustable weights has been a pretty standard feature on almost any mid to high level gaming mouse for a very very long time. :P

    I know I’m late to this party, but was this written by a monkey?

    “It features 3200dpi” You mean it has a resolution of 3200DPI.

    “and an adjutable design which means the mouse size extends to contracts to suit any size of hand.”
