Sony launches the MD300 mobile broadband USB modem

Sony has announced a new mobile broadband USB modem the MD300.

The Sony MD300 is the first mobile broadband modem that supports HSDPA, UMTS, EDGE and GPRS making it highly flexible and it comes with pre-installed software which is easy to use, just plug it into your PC or Laptop and you are ready to surf etc.
It will go on sale next year, no pricing details have been announced as yet.

Where do you buy a MD300? I live in California. I tried internet, sony live chat, sony, sony style, at&t, and almost to the person they do not know what a MD300 broad band modem usb is. This inculdes Sony. I am begaining to think this is all an Illusion there in no such product only pictures on the internet
It does exist. In Brazil, a cellphone carrier named “Claro” sells it to their subscribers. I just got one, works very well.
