iWish - portable game console
May 7, 2008
Check out this fantastic looking portable game console concept by Mat Brady combining a Sony PSP, Apple iPhone and full qwerty keyboard. Shame it probably won’t go into production as this would be one sweet gadget.

Wow all the best combined great combo concept… shame its only a concept
eh.
ho hum.
itd cost way more than itd be worth.
good work on the pix tho.
nice reflection effects
This could only be more gay if it had an apple sticker on it. Macs are complete fail.
Very similar to the Sony Vaio UX keyboard.
DS is the way forward!

This is my dream handheld!
silver shiny.. likey..likey
The Sony Vaio UX is also included ^^
Intriguing, but it’s completely missing a way to protect the screen, like the NDS has.
There is such a gadget coming out, it is called a pandora.
Mash this with an Archos 605, SatNav and a 10mp camera, then the deal is truely sealed.
get rid of the windows logo on the keyboard and we have a deal
It already exists ! it’s called Nokia N810 !
YUP Get rid of the windows key and that would be one sweet gadget that I would buy tomorrow!
Sony would be pleased to have this and am sure Mac wont hesitate to come together with Sony to make this one a reality, I believe in 2years from now, psp phat and slim wont be a talk but iWish would be, lets think about a name for it. what about 2nity? maybe little more work on scree caution, probably with a touch screen feel. hey man, great thinking ability but the machine would cause sickness for people like me if its too expensive to have
There is something like this already. i’s called pandora. CHeck it out at openpandora.org , more powerful that a PSP with bigger screen, touchscreen, full qwerty keeboard, analogue sticks, wifi, bluetooth, 2 sd card slots and 8-10 hours of usages on one charge, plus it’s open source so thousands of programs will be coming out, as well as up to PSX emulation at better speeds than the psp.
