Poker Chip USB Drive
Check out these Dane-Elec flash drives which are not only designed to look like a poker chip, but they’re actually the same diameter too, although the thichness may be slightly different.

Remove the cover on the chips edge to reveal the USB connection, but given its rounded nature you’re probably going to need to use a USB extension cable to plug it in. (A picture of the USB connection exposed would have been nice.)The red chip features 1GB of memory for about $20 while the blue chip has 2GB for about $28. You can get them both from Gadgets.dk.

I have the 2gb, your guess was wrong, the “cover” is actually the base of the flash drive, you pull the compact flash drive out of its round case. It’s actually too loose of a fit in my USB slots.
