Dell Mini Inspiron
Dell’s 9-inch ultraportable has now got a name and a vague release date. Called the Mini Inspiron and due out sometime in August, Dell has been tight lipped about features, specs, and pricing. But if past relationships with Microsoft are any indication, the Mini will almost certainly be paired with XP and an Atom processor. Ubuntu may also be a possibility, especially given the trends in the mini-market as of late.

It’s a big departure from the pizza-box sized Inspirons of the past, and should be a welcomed addition to the Dell line of products, and to Dell fans everywhere.

Liked the look and style and linking it to XP rather than Vista is a bonus!
Perhaps I should explain ~ I’ve had some bad experiences with Vista so have reset everything to XP which I find is stable, responsive and generally more reliable.
