    Very very nice…. it seems like it would be easier to step on and disconnect,if one were playing in a group where one of the guitarists is a stumbling drunkard….. still, all in all, a nifty concept

    That problem is easily rectified by looping your cable over your strap button then plugging it in. This is often the technique used for guitars on which the input jack is located on the bottom edge where the cable can easily come unplugged.
