Cleaner Flying - A2 Hydrogen-Powered Hypersonic Airliner
The A2 designed to carry up to 300 passengers from Brussels to Sydney in under 4 hours. The speedy airliner will benefit from a 2-mode engine — turbojet and ramjet propulsion systems — that will make it both extremely efficient at slow speeds and able to reach top speeds with great ease. Used in quick succession, these 2 modes allow the A2 to seamlessly shift from Mach-2.5 to Mach-5; a cooling system wrapped around the engine — which includes an extra turbine compressor — prevents the turbines from getting excessively hot.
Reaction Engine says - Flying will never be faster — or greener
Supported in part by a grant from the EU’s Long-Term Advanced Propulsion Concepts and Technologies project (Lapcat), the Mach-5, or 3,400 mph, A2 concept is in many ways the spiritual successor of the late Concorde but differs in two important respects: range and engine efficiency.

Cool Concepts - The Optimus Tactus Keyboard
Art. Lebedev Studio, the guys behind the Optimus Maximus OLED Keyboard have come up with an amazing looking keyboard concept, the Optimus Tactus Keyboard.
This new keyboard has no physical keys, which means there are no restrictions on their shape or size.
They keyboard can be programmed to display any images and perform any function.
This is an amazing looking concept, lets hope this goes into production.

Cool Concepts - The M60M Watch
Check out this cool concept timepice from designer Roger Kellenberger.
Instead of hands one rotating disc shows the time in hours and quarters, the clock face exists as a ring only, the center is completely empty.
This is a very cool looking concept, I am not sure how it would work in practice but it looks great.

Cool Concepts - The Chocolate Bar Portable HDD
Check out this concept portable hard disk drive from designer Sang Hoon Lee.
The chocolate bar hard drive is made up of modular flash drives, and the central hub features a built in touchscreen.
You use the touchscreen to view and organize your files, this is quite and interesting and fun concept, but I am not sure how usable it would be.

Cool Concepts - The Rubiks Cube MP3 Player
Check out this cool concept from designer Heeyong Shin.
The idea of ¡°Cube¡± is from Rubik`s cube puzzle. The way to play music is similar to playing with the Rubik`s cube puzzle. Users can listen to the music while having fun.
The MP3 player is controlled by twisting the player just like a Rubiks Cube.

Cool Concepts - The Apple Universal Remote
Check out this cool concept universal remote from designer Jason Roebuck.
It is shaped like an apple, and each member of the household has their own.
Each one can be programmed for different functions for each user, and it responds to motion.
The charging dock is shaped like a fruit bowl, and sits on your coffee table, just place the apple’s in the bowl and they recharge.

Cool Concepts - The iLight - If Apple Made Torches
Check out this cool concept torch from designer Miyoshimasato.
The torch is operated via touch controls, recharged via USB and the Apple logo indicates battery status and a single tap on that turns on the emergency light which flashes for ‘Help’ in Morse code.

Cool Concepts - The Switch Me Salt & Pepper Shaker
Some concepts are so simple yet brilliant, it makes you wonder why nobody has made them or thought of them before.
The Switch Me Salt & Pepper Shaker is two shakers in one, to use either salt or pepper press the switch and it switches between the two chambers inside the device.
The Switch Me Salt & Pepper Shaker was designed by Chetan Sorab, I would love to see this go into production.

Cool Concepts - The Roll Up Mobile Phone
Check out this clever concept mobile phone from designer Yun Liang.
It is based on a Chinese scroll, and when not in use it rolls up.
