XFPS has created a neat gadget that allows you to connect a USB or PS2 keyboard and mouse to your Playstation 3. Reports are still a little vague as to whether you can map your keys to games or it is decided automatically for you. We’ll keep you posted .

Nyko Zero Wireless PS3 Controller
This sleek WiFi controller from Nyko is compatible with all PS3 software & controls. It is constructed from aluminum (to help with heat dissipating) and a combination of metal and resin for the case, with backlit action buttons . The wireless controller can be used upto 30ft away from the console and has full six direction tilt action.
Nyko claims “up to 25 hours of play time” on a single charge, the Vibration feedback can be disabled to provide a longer battery life.

Infinity and JBL subs go Wireless
Infinity and JBL have both released some Wireless subs to go with your home cinema kit, now all you need is a few more wireless pieces of equipment and no more Spaghetti Junction.
The Infinity PS212w will go on sale for $679 and has a 400 watt 12-inch sub, whilst the JBL model is the cinema sound CSS1-W with a 300 watt 10 inc sub which will retail for $559.

Triops digital camera gives your photos a new perspective
Check out this funky digital camera from designer Franziska Faoro.
The Triops is one of this years finalists in the BraunPrize 2007, it is a robust digital camera tat allows the user to experience new perspectives and preceptions that takes the potential of digital photography to new heights.
It is equipped with three protected fisheye lenses and allows for an active, spontaneous and playful photography experience.
The Triops can take images while being thrown, suspended or just being placed in an unusual location. It captures the moment by responding to sound or movement, or by reacting to the manually operated release.
Sequentially taken photographs are possible as well as 360 degree panorama images.

One Million Nintendo Wii Consoles Sold In The UK
Nintendo have sold over one million Wii’s in the UK, making it the the fastest selling games console ever.
Nintendo took just 38 weeks to sell over one million of its hugely popular Wii console, which beats the previous record which was held by Sony for it’s PS2.
The PS2 took 50 weeks to sell the same amount, and the Xbox 360 took 60 weeks.

Philips New Portable Power Range - Up To 60 Hours More Battery
Philips have announced a new range of portable power solutions called Power4Life.
The range is designed to remove battery limitations from portable electronic devices such as PDA’s, mobile phones etc.
The first part of this new range is the Power2Charge universal USB chargers, the SCM7880. caters for applications up to 5V, features a backup energy solution for up to 15 hours of portable power, an LED indicator and a space friendly foldable plug.
The Philips SCM7880 has six connector tips and comes complete with a retractable USB cable and a handy travel bag.
Top of the range is the SCE7640, Power2Go, which provides a back up energy source for aplications up to 20V, this is ideal for laptop’s and comes complete with an LED indictator.
There is also a charger designed purely for mobile phones, with 5 connector tips and an LED display.
These new portable energy devices are due to launch in December in Europe, no pricing details are available at the moment.

Manhunt 2 Game - Banned in the UK
Manhunt 2 has been banned in the UK by the British Board of Film Classification.
A spokeman for the British Board of Film Classification said that the game has been banned because of ‘ unrelenting focus on stalking and brutal slaying’.
Manhunt 2 is the first game to be banned in the UK for over a decade.
The game is made by Rockstar Games and is to be released on the PS2 and Nintendo Wii Consoles. The company has six weeks to submit an appeal.
As with most things that are banned in the UK all this will do is give Manhunt 2 a bigger following and no doubt increase the sales of this game on import.
